    The District Engineer (Omaha) is evaluating a request by Slope County to reconstruct a mile of 68th Street SW, a mile of 128the Avenue SW, and flatten the curve where they intersect. The Gussey Road Drainage Improvement Project 23-01-181, would impact approximately 1.4 acres of Chanta Peta Creek and wetlands. On-site mitigation at a 1:1 ratio is proposed of offset impacts. The project is located in Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 17 and 18, Township 134 North, Range 908 West and Sections 12 and 13, Township 134 North, Range 99 West, all in Slope County, North Dakota. The project would begin at Latitude 46.424878° North, Longitude -103.044981° West and end at Latitude 46.432175° North, Longitude -103.030431° West.

    The District Engineer (Omaha) is evaluating a request by North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) to add the Nelson County I Wetland Mitigation Bank Site (Site) to their Program Instrument approved in June 2013. The Site consists of 45 acres located approximately 7 miles north of Aneta, North Dakota in NE¼ of Section 30, Township 150 North, Range 57 West centered on Latitude 47.787492° North, Longitude -98.003768° West, Nelson County, North Dakota. NDDOT estimates that the Site would generate 26.23 credits. Credits would be achieved primarily through restoration and creation, with added credit for buffers, and uplands. The Regional Service Area for the Site would be the Red River Basin Zone.

    The District Engineer (Omaha) is evaluating a request by North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) to add the Divide County I Wetland Mitigation Bank Site (Site) to their Program Instrument approved in June 2013. The Site consists of 147 acres located approximately 4 miles north on County Highway 17 and 1 mile west on 88th Street NW from Wildrose in the SE¼ of Section 9, Township 160 North, Range 97 West, centered on Latitude 48.694268° North, Longitude -103.216762° West, Divide County, North Dakota. NDDOT estimates that the Site would generate 46.98 credits. Credits would be achieved primarily through restoration, with added credit for preservation, buffers, and uplands. The Regional Service Area for the Site would be the Missouri River Basin Northern Zone.
