Supplemental Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact - Control of Saltcedar and Russian Olive, Fort Peck Reservoir, Montana - 3/14/2016: This Supplemental Environmental Assessment defines the potential environmental effects of using triclopyr and 2,4-D for aerial application of large infestations of saltcedar and Russian olive at the Fort Peck Reservoir in Montana.

Schriever Air Force Base Channel Improvement Environmental Assessment - 1/5/2016: Schriever Air Force Base is proposing to improve two drainage channels on the southern perimeter of the base in order to control stormwater flows.

Dakota Access Pipeline Environmental Assessment - 12/9/2015: An environmental assessment has been prepared to evaluate potential environmental impacts from construction and operation of a crude oil pipeline across private lands encumbered by federal flowage easements and federal land managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

BakkenLink Dry Creek to Beaver Lodge Pipeline Environmental Assessment - 12/4/2015: BakkenLink Pipeline LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Great Northern Midstream LLC, is proposing to construct approximately 37 miles of steel pipeline for the transportation of crude oil from three receipt facilities, including one existing facility (Dry Creek Terminal located in McKenzie County) and two proposed facilities (Keene Terminal in McKenzie County and Beaver Lodge Terminal in Williams County). In total, approximately 2.8 miles of the 37-mile pipeline alignment would be jet trenched on the bed of Lake Sakakawea, which is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
