Section 408, Colorado - 6/30/2016: This draft programmatic environmental assessment evaluates the environmental impacts of allowing certain routine alterations to be permitted at federally-constructed civil works projects in Colorado under Title 33, U.S. Code 408 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899.

Project implementation report with integrated tiered environmental assessment, finding of no significant impact and Section 404(b)(1) evaluation: Langdon Bend Interception and Rearing Complex Habitat Project, Missouri River Recovery Program, Nemaha County, Nebraska - 6/20/2016: The project purpose is to replace aquatic habitat lost by construction and operation of the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Project (BSNP); improving aquatic habitat and diversity for pallid sturgeon and other native aquatic species; and maximizing the amount of biologically productive and physically sustainable habitat beneficial to such aquatic species while maintaining a properly functioning navigation channel.
