The project will extend Blossburg Siding (side track) to the west from Mile Post (MP) 22.1 to MP 23.4, adding a second track at 15 feet centers relative to the existing track. In addition, a 290 foot long by 12-foot wide access road will be installed, a bridge across Dog Creek and the existing culvert (MP 22.16) will be fully sliplined with a new 11-foot diameter Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) culvert.
