The project will include clearing vegetation and grading that involves both cut and fill sections. As part of construction, road fills will be placed within waterbodies and wetlands, and irrigation ditches, irrigation canals, and drainages will be realigned or have their culverts replaced/extended to accommodate the new roadway. Bank protection, including riprap, will also be installed, where applicable. New right-of-way and easements will be required. Drawings showing the location and extent of the project are attached to the notice.
