YANKTON, SD – Due to mechanical problem in the park, Nebraska Tailwaters Campground will not open as scheduled on Thursday, May 12.
The campground, which is operated by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, will be closed through Thursday, May 19, due to mechanical problems with the lift station.
The park will reopen on Friday, May 20. Anyone with reservations for May 12-19 will receive an automatic refund through www.Recreation.gov.
