NOTICE TO LEASE APPLICANTS
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A LEASE APPLICATION,
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES DISCUSS THE PROVISIONS OF THIS NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY (NOA) WITH IOWA ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT (IAAAP), MIDDLETOWN, IOWA, LAND MANAGER, JOE HAFFNER, TELEPHONE (319) 753-7903 OR KELLY STANGL, U. S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, TELEPHONE (402) 995-2820.
(NOTE: Mr. Haffner will NOT be available December 20, 2019 through January 5, 2020.)
On-site inspections of the property can be scheduled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., December 19, 2019, January 6 - 9, 13 & 14, 2020. Contact Joe Haffner for appointment.
ACRES: All acreages stated in this NOA are approximate. Prospective lease applicants should verify the actual usable acreage for each tract.
TERMS: Thirteen (13) leases are available for row crop, hay, and grazing purposes. Eight (8) leases will be for a term of five (5) years, two (2) leases will be for a term of three (3) years, two (2)leases will be for a term of two (2) years and one (1) lease will be for a term of one (1) year.
